Imagine lying down somewhere comfortable, letting the pressures of the world go, and simply being looked after for an hour. That's what a session offers — a deeply calming blend of energy healing and crystal work, tailored to whatever you need that day, done remotely over Zoom.

 

Most people feel a wave of calm within minutes. Many drift into a light sleep or a dreamy, floaty state. In the days after, clients often notice they're sleeping better, feeling lighter, and just... deeply restored.

 

What you'll need

• A quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down for an hour

• A stable internet connection

 

That's genuinely it. No crystals, no experience, nothing to prepare. You don't need to believe in anything — just be open to relaxing and receiving.

 

How it works

 

After our initial consultation, we start by working on an intention for that session together, and from there I gently tune in and work with what comes up. You just relax and enjoy the beautiful healing energy.
