I'm so glad you've found your way here.

I'm an energy and crystal healer with a background in psychotherapy. While I continue to work as a psychotherapist, this space is dedicated to supporting healing through energy medicine, crystal healing and spiritual training.

My journey into energy medicine began with a simple question: What is the root of dis-ease? After years of working therapeutically with complex trauma, I became increasingly curious about approaches that honoured not only the mind, but also our energetic, emotional and spiritual selves. That curiosity became a passion, and today it forms the heart of the work I offer in this space.

Compassion, empathy and lifelong learning are values that guide everything I do. I'm endlessly curious, always exploring new ways to deepen my understanding of healing, spirituality and human potential. Whether I'm studying, practising yoga, writing, reading or inevitably coming home with another crystal (they do seem to multiply!), I'm happiest when I'm learning and growing.

My passion for healing is also deeply personal. I've walked my own path through trauma, and while I would never claim to have all the answers, I know what it feels like to search for hope and to long for something that helps you feel whole again. Those experiences have shaped who I am and inspired the work I do today. What I have to offer are the tools that changed my life.

Alongside my clinical work, I've also taught psychotherapists at University level, where I became known for making complex ideas approachable, bringing humour into the learning process and keeping things real. I believe healing is much the same. It doesn't have to be wrapped in complicated language or feel intimidating. It can be gentle, grounding and, at times, surprisingly joyful.
